Temperature: minus 21 degrees Celsius in the KTV (katabatic valley) and minus 17 degrees Celsius at the Mikuni Pass
The snow on the road was well compacted. It was colder than expected. He should have brought ski goggles with heating lenses for the climb. Even tears got frozen from time to time without ski goggles with heating lenses. The diamond dust was falling continuously. He did the interval training after reaching the summit. The diamond dust ceased to fall at the end of the training.
