Kitami Pass 24
Temperature: minus 8 degrees Celsius at the Kitami Pass
After the training at the Mikuni Pass (cf. Mikuni Pass 35) he moved here in car to do another set of the training. The snow was wet on the Kamikawa side because of the snow melting agent. However, the snow was good enough on the other side of the pass and the road was covered with fresh snow of 7-8cm. The snow beneath the fresh snow was sufficiently compacted. He did the interval training around the summit.
