Temperature: minus 13 degrees Celsius at Bogakudai
At the beginning of the training, the southern part of the Tokachi Mountains was covered with clouds because of south winds. The cloud dissipated during the training. The road was covered with ice beneath the soft snow. He repeated the interval training many times between 650m and 870m of altitudes. At the end of the training, the south winds were getting stronger as a depression was approaching. At the end of the training, the temperature rose to almost zero degrees like the last training because of the depression.
