Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 169
Temperature: minus 7 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
It hadn’t snow in spite of the winter atmospheric pattern. The road was covered with hard ice and partially the asphalt was exposed to the air. He did the interval training avoiding the asphalt above 1150m of altitude.
