Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 149
Temperature: minus 23 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen) and minus 26 degrees Celsius in the katabatic valley.
It was a radiative cooling. He climbed against the katabatic wind. The road was covered with well compacted snow and hard ice except for the corners. The corners were covered with snow a little soft. He repeated the interval training at the summit. He met a group of anglophone skiers, composed with skiers from UK, USA and Australia. He chatted with them for a while. The training was uneventful.
