Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 147
Temperature: minus 16 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
A slight radiative cooling occurred at the foot of the mountain although the mountains were covered with clouds. An inversion layer was existing. He climbed against a katabatic wind. He chatted with a German skier for a while at the summit. The descent was smooth. There was another cyclist this day.
