Mikuni Pass 23
Temperature: minus 23 degrees Celsius in the KTV (katabatic valley) and minus 21 degrees Celsius at the Mikuni Pass
It was a radiative cooling. He used ski goggles with heating lenses on the climb. The road was covered with hard ice and thin layer of compacted snow.
