Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 129
Temperature: minus 19 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
Cairn set up the tempo during the most of climb. Passing the last hairpin curves, Cairn accelerated and K followed him with less than 5cm gap. At the steepest part of the climb, there is a sharp turn and K attacked using the outside part which is not so steep. K arrived first to the summit. They repeated interval training at the summit many times. The descent was uneventful. K won the descent as usual with a huge gap.
