Kitami Pass 12 - Ukishima Pass 2
Temperature: minus 8 degrees Celsius at the Kitami Pass and minus 3 degrees Celsius at the Ukishima Pass
At first, he did his training at the Kitami Pass. The road was covered with soft snow at the Kamikawa side because of snow melting agent but it was covered with well compacted snow at the Shirataki side. After the training at the Kitami Pass, he climbed the Ukishima Pass.
