Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 90
Temperature: minus 18 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen) and minus 21 degrees Celsius in the KTV (Katabatic Valley).
He was climbing in the seasonal wind but entering the KTV (katabatic valley), he had to climb against the katabatic wind which was blowing in the opposite direction of the seasonal wind. Crossing 1100m of altitude, the hydraulic brake became heavier because of the cold. After the interval at the summit, he descended. On the descent, the rear wheel often skidded due to the muddy snow.
