Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 107
Temperature: minus 4 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
It was fine at the foot of the mountain. Therefore, there was an inversion layer because of the radiative cooling. However, the mountains were covered with clouds. The road was covered with ice beneath the snow above 900m of altitude.
