Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 106
Temperature: minus 17 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
It was a fine, clear day. There was an inversion layer because of a radiative cooling. The snow on the road was almost compacted but a little soft. He did the training between the summit and 1050m of altitude. He repeated the interval training at the summit many times enjoying the beautiful view. It was cold at the beginning. However, it became too hot during the second climb. He met a group of motorcyclists at the summit and talked with them for a while. You could see many traces of ski on the slants of the Mt.Furanodake (Mt.Furano) at the end of the training.
