Temperature: minus 15 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
The road was covered with soft compacted snow and fresh snow. The climbing was uneventful. He did the usual interval training at the summit. He descended carefully because the fresh snow was from time to time taking the wheels.
