Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 80
Temperature: minus 13 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
At the beginning of the training, he met the filming crew of TV advertisement of Mitsubishi Delica. Its advertisement was being filmed on a forest road branching from his training route. The road was covered with muddy fresh snow. He needed much more power to climb. He followed the ruts to climb. After the interval training at the summit, he descended. He descended prudently as the road was covered with muddy snow. From time to time, the muddy snow took the wheels. However, the snow at low altitudes was already compacted at the time and he could speed after leaving the high-altitude sections. The filming of advertisement was still underway when he finished this days training.
