Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 59
Temperature: minus 14 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
Seasonal winds were strong at the foot of the mountain. The road was often covered with fresh and muddy snow although a snow removal operation was underway. He met groups of Americans, New Zealanders and Swedish skiers. He chatted with them for a while. He used the inverted Y descent technic on the descent as the road was covered with muddy snow.
