Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 52
Temperature: minus 19 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
He had a high fever of 39 degrees Celsius. Therefore, he did the training at low intensity. There was an inversion layer although the radiative cooling wasn’t so strong. The road surface state was relatively good. After the interval training at the summit, he descended. There was more fresh snow on the road when he descended. He couldn’t speed because of the fresh snow but cars were slower than bikes on the descent. He passed two cars on this descent.
