Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 40
Temperature: minus 1 degree Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
We were in the latter half of May. It snowed even at the foot of the mountain. It’s very rare to have so much snow in this period of the year. At the foot of the mountain, trees were bent by heavy snow out of season as they already had leaves. The road was covered with very sticky and muddy snow. It made difficult to manoeuvre the bike. He climbed two times and repeated the interval training at the summit.
