Niseko-Goshiki Pass 3
Temperature: minus 21 degrees Celsius at the foot of the mountains and minus 10 degrees Celsius at the Goshiki Hot Springs (Goshiki Onsen).
He did a warming-up at the foot of the mountain. It was cold there because of a radiative cooling. The equipment was insufficient to resist to this cold. He had a headache because of this cold. You could see the summit of the Mt.Yotei at the beginning of the training. After the warming-up, he moved to the summit of the Niseko-Goshiki Pass in car. He restarted the training there. He descended up to 425m of altitude doing the interval training. He made a U-turn and climbed up to the summit. During the training, he talked with skiers from Kamakura for a while.
